Journey of A Thousand Miles is about Thomas’ life journey during the death of Sarah and his baby Abigail. It will challenge our view of the purpose of our life on earth, people who haven’t grow in true grace and unprepared for the greatest things from God.

Life is like a thick door in one’s path, a door that recedes before us as we advance. No one will ever know what is beyond that door. We can only know step by step by opening one door at a time. We never know what the future holds. We can never know what events a single day may bring in our life.

These events sometimes fill us with happiness and success and sometimes beyond that door we may find unexpected and undesired events. All of us go through each door in our life and anxious to open the next one.

In our entire life, every day we take a step and continue to walk. Many of us don’t realize that in each door that we open God is standing there to walk with us but sadly very often we walk pass by him and pretend not to notice him.

So don’t despise the little steps you know you can take every day. There are tiny miracles in each and every one of them.

An exciting page-turner! ~ Review by Woody K.

Bravo for The Last Sicarius, sequel to Judas the Apostle. This is a taut thriller with well written action sequences and realistic dialogue. Fans of the theological/ archaeological thriller genre should love this. I particularly enjoyed the conversation about the multiplicity of sites that claim to be Golgatha and Joseph's tomb. I have studied this issue and actually learned new information from this wonderfully researched book. The description of Masada was also very informative and I now must put a visit there on my bucket list. This second installment in the series is real page-turner and I look forward to the next offering!

Loved the journey this book took me on. I shared in the raw emotions and painful depictions with each page, A true Blessing on paperback !

As the realization of my close proximity to the Savior’s ancient footprints began to overpower my composure, I felt a warm tingling sensation at the crown of my head. Unexpected and inexplicable, the feeling of pins and needles on my head became more intense. I closed my eyes and began to pray.

My prayers were those of thanks, gratitude, and reverence. I thanked God for leading me to this place , to where his Son had walked on water. As I prayed, the sounds of the boat, of the passengers’ jubilation, the water , and the wind melted away, leaving me in a warm silence, alone with the tingling that was now so clearly the hand of God upon my head. For what seemed like eons, I stood on that boat with eyes closed, never wanting to open them and remove myself from this pure, unadulterated feeling of God’s presence. I continued to pray for those I loved, for those who had hurt me, for all God’s children, and all our souls . It was my only desire then to remain in that state for all time with my joy, my prayers, and my God’s hand reaching down to touch me.

It was then that I learned what true beauty could be.
